A nidra is a guided sleep meditation based on the practice of yoga nidra (or yogic sleep).

Will this help me sleep?

The best time to listen is when you are lying in bed trying to go to sleep. If you find that your mind is wandering and you are unable to relax, try listening to one of the tracks.

What if I fall asleep during a track?

It is common to fall asleep listening to one of the tracks. There is no finish line. Trust that if you fall asleep during a meditation it is what you need in the moment.

Do I have to use it every night?

While you don’t have to listen every night, we would encourage you to listen to a nidra track each night for at least the first 7 days.
